P90X - Day 88 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 8

2 days to go!

P90X X Stretch
Easy, relaxing workout today... so I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes prior to doing the stretching... just want to start to get used to running again.  Broke out into a nice sweat.  This was my first run since last September... good times.

17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 8
  • Breakfast: 6 oz scrambled egg whites, salsa, low-fat cheddar cheese; coffee
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ berries, green tea
  • Lunch: Salad with tuna, olive oil, red wine vinegar
  • Snack: 4 oz of Breakstone LiveActive cottage cheese
  • Dinner: Blackened talapia (from new 17 Day Diet Cookbook), steamed broccoli
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit (later this evening)
