My last Legs and Back routine! My last Ab Ripper X routine! Hard to believe... All that remains is a Kenpo X routine tomorrow, and then a Rest and Recovery week, and I'll be done with my first round of P90X!
17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 2
- Breakfast: Rolled oats, sliced almonds, cinnamon, truvia, blueberries; coffee
- Snack: Yogurt w/ blueberries
- Lunch: Cheat meal - work lunch for departing coleague. 1 crab cake, Turkey Ruben sandwhich (turkey, cheese, saurkraut, 1000 island dressing on rye bread), pickle, cole slaw, slice of key lime pie, coffee
- Snack: Breakstone LiveActive cottage cheese
- Dinner: Chicken Vegetable Soup
