Instead of taking a complete rest day, I hiked 10 miles with my son. We hiked a total of 18 miles this weekend, so I don't feel so bad about skipping the Kenpo X workout yesterday.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 14
- Breakfast: 6oz of scrambled egg whites with hot peppers; coffee
- Snack: Apple
- Lunch: 4oz Breakstone Live Active Cottage Cheese
- Snack: 2 Clif Bars (high in calories, but I needed these while I was on the 10 mile hike)
- Dinner: Backed chicken breat with low-carb marinara sauce and broccoli
