I skipped the Cardio X workout this morning. I'm not going to beat myself up over missing that workout, as I did manage to get it in 3 times this week, so I'm happy about that. Next week, I'll try and get all 4 Cardio X workouts in.
P90X Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X
The workout was great today. I upped the reps I did on all of the leg exercises, so I'm almost doing as many as Tony and crew. I continue to do 20 reps for each of the Ab Ripper X moves.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 15
Breakfast: Yogurt w/ berries, coffee
Snack: Apple, green tea
Lunch: Super Salad
Dinner: Salmon, green beans
Snack: Yogurt w/ berries (I screwed up. Not supposed to have fruit after 2pm. I meant to use jam instead of berries, but put the berries in the yogurt w/o thinking... oh well)
