  • Breakfast: 6oz of scrambled egg whites with tomato and low-fat feta cheese, coffee
  • Snack: Kefir smoothie
  • Lunch: Salad
  • Dinner: Eggplant Parmesan (from book)
  • Snack: Yogurt with Pollander All Fruit
