17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 16
- Breakfast: 8oz scrambled egg whites with hot peppers; coffee
- Snack: 4oz of Breakstone LiveActive cottage cheese
- Lunch: Ezekiel english muffin with natural peanut butter and pollander all fruit (not on diet, but I tried eating something different to see if I would feel better... didn't work)
- Dinner: 2 spicy black bean garden burgers with low-fat cheese and salsa
- Snack: 4 "healty-brand" toaster pastries (bad idea, but was craving something different)
