My next-to-last Yoga workout!
17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 5
- Breakfast: 6oz scrambled egg whites w/ tomato and low-fat cheddar cheese; pear; coffee
- Snack: Yogurt w/ peaches
- Lunch: Cut up veggies and chicken w/ spicy yogurt sauce
- Snack: 4oz of Breakstone LiveActive cottage cheese
- Dinner: Spicy black bean Garden Burger on Ezekiel english muffin with onion, low-carb ketchup, and low-fat cheddar cheese; cut up veggies
- Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
