17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 5
  • Breakfast: 6oz scrambled egg whites w/ tomato and low-fat cheddar cheese; pear; coffee
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ peaches
  • Lunch: Cut up veggies and chicken w/ spicy yogurt sauce
  • Snack: 4oz of Breakstone LiveActive cottage cheese
  • Dinner: Spicy black bean Garden Burger on Ezekiel english muffin with onion, low-carb ketchup, and low-fat cheddar cheese; cut up veggies
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
