I was away this weekend, and not able to workout on Saturday. So I am going to do the Kenpo X routine on Sunday, instead of taking a rest day. Unfortunately I ate very poorly this weekend due to my travels. I could have planned my meals better, but I was kind of looking forward to this weekend to have a few cheat meals. Unfortunately I had a work lunch come up on Friday, which led to another cheat meal. Definitely need to get back on the diet come Sunday evening!
P90X Rest Day
Spent 6 hours driving... then just rested the rest of the day.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 3
- Breakfast: Big breakfast from a diner during my travels: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1 sausage patty, 1 pancake (w/ butter and syrup), 2 slices of toast with butter, coffee
- Lunch: Pear
- Dinner: 4 slices of pizza (yuk)
- Desser: Chocolate chip cookies
