I got up at 5:30am and did Cardio X. This is the earliest I've gotten up to do this workout, and it still went great. I'm always a bit concerned about working out in the morning, because I find that my will power is weakest at that time, but today was great! I did the workout, had a great breakfast, and got to work early.
P90X Yoga X
Sigh... I skipped the Yoga workout today. I went for a 6 mile hike with my son after work, and was just wiped when we got home. I'll get back at it tomorrow.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 11
- Breakfast: Oatmeal, blueberries, truvia, cinnamon; coffee
- Snack: Apple, green tea
- Lunch: Super Salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Snack: Spicy black bean garden burger with salsa
- Dinner: Lettuce Wraps (with chicken, from book)
