P90X - Day 65 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 2

P90X Cardio X
This routine just keeps getting easier, which makes it a little more bearable to do first thing in the morning.  I've done it twice already this week... two more times to go, this week.

P90X Plyometrics
Defiitely not as easy as the Cardio X workout, but I'm still improving on just about every exercise.  Only two more Plyometrics workouts in this round of P90X!  The end is drawing near!

17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 2
  • Breakfast: Kefir Smoothie
  • Snack: Pear, green tea
  • Lunch: Super Salad w/ olive oil and red wine vinegar, green tea
  • Snack: Breakstone LiveActive Cottage Cheese (threw in an extra snack so I don't bonk during Plyometrics workout)
  • Dinner: Salmon and steamed broccoli
  • Snack: Yogurt with Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
