P90X Cardio X
First thing this morning I did Cardio X... great way to start the day, and the week!
P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps + Ab Ripper X
Great workout today. I upped my weights and reduced my reps.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 1
- Breakfast: 6oz scrambled egg whites w/ black beans, salsa, and low fat cheddar cheese, coffee
- Snack: Yogurt w/ peaches
- Lunch: Leftover lettuce wraps (small amount), plus 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon, truvia, and blueberries
- Dinner: Oven Barbecued Chicken (from book), w/ steamed asparagus and carrots
- Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
