Another great Kenpo X workout

17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 7
Breakfast: 6 oz of scrambled egg whites w/ 1 link of spicy Italian turkey sausage, hot peppers, low-fat cheddar cheese; apple; coffee
Snack: Yogurt w/ berries, green tea
Lunch: Spicy black bean garden burger w/ onion, relish, low-carb ketchup, low-fat cheddar cheese on an Ezekiel english  muffin
Dinner: Tandoori Chicken (from new 17 Day Diet Cookbook)
Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit
