P90X Kenpo X
The Kenpo X routine felt great today. I totally kicked ass. Having a day's rest before Kenpo X really gave me a lot of energy during the workout.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 4
- Breakast: 2 breakfast sandwiches - Bacon, egg and cheese on a hard roll w/ ketchup; coffee
- Lunch: Apple
- Snack: Cottage cheese
- Dinner: Salmon, steamed broccoli
- Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
