P90X - Day 68 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 5

I skipped the Cardio X workout again this morning... that means I only did it twice this week, when I really wanted to do it at least 3 times.  Tomorrow is Saturday, and I may try and do a Cardio X in the morning, and then Kenpo X in the evening... just to get in a 3rd Cardio this week.

P90X Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X
Up to 16+ reps on most of the exercises where Tony and crew do 25.

17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 5
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ cinnamon, blueberries and truvia; coffee
  • Snack: Apple; green tea
  • Lunch: Super Salad w/ olive oil and vinegar
  • Dinner: Talapia with steamed broccoli
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
