P90X - Day 86 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 6

P90X Core Synergistics
Love this routine!  Did great today!

17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 6
  • Breakfast: Rolled oats, blueberries, cinnamon, truvia, sliced almonds; coffee
  • Snack: Apple; green tea
  • Lunch: Salad with olive oil and red wine vinegard; very small amount of potato salad (no mayo)
  • Snack: 4oz Breakstone Live Active Cottage Cheese
  • Dinner: Leftover Chicken Vegetable Soup
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
