Love this routine! Did great today!
17 Day Diet - Cycle 3, Day 6
- Breakfast: Rolled oats, blueberries, cinnamon, truvia, sliced almonds; coffee
- Snack: Apple; green tea
- Lunch: Salad with olive oil and red wine vinegard; very small amount of potato salad (no mayo)
- Snack: 4oz Breakstone Live Active Cottage Cheese
- Dinner: Leftover Chicken Vegetable Soup
- Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit (later tonight)
