P90X Yoga X
Only did the first 30 minutes.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 4
- Breakfast: 6oz of scrambled egg whites w/ low fat feta; coffee
- Snack: Pear, green tea
- Lunch: Salad w/ tuna, olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Snack: 4oz cup of Breakstone Live Active Cottage Cheese
- Dinner: Pad Thai from local restaurant. Not exactly part of the diet, but fairly healthy just the same. I felt so much better after I ate.
