P90 X - Day 66 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 3

I forgot to blog for this day, so this is a back-dated post.

P90X Back and Biceps + Ab Ripper X
This routine went very well today.  I've upped my weights and lowered my reps. 

17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 3
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ blueberries, cinnamon, truvia; coffee
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ peaches, green tea
  • Lunch: Turkey and Bean Chili
  • Dinner: Leftover Chicken Vegetable Soup
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
