P90X Back and Biceps + Ab Ripper X
This routine went very well today. I've upped my weights and lowered my reps.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 3
- Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ blueberries, cinnamon, truvia; coffee
- Snack: Yogurt w/ peaches, green tea
- Lunch: Turkey and Bean Chili
- Dinner: Leftover Chicken Vegetable Soup
- Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
