Skipped the workout today. Instead I hiked 8 miles with my son as we prep for our thru-hike of the Vermont Long Trail. I really wanted to do the Kenpo after the hike, but my legs were wasted. Instead we went out for pizza (for the 2nd time of the day - yikes!)
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 13
- Breakfast: Rolled oats with cinnamon, truvia, and fresh blueberries; coffee
- Lunch: 2 slices of pizza (planned lunch out with friends)
- Dinner: 3 slices of pizza (unplanned -today turned into a cheat day!)
- Snack: Cheesecake (uh-oh)
