P90X - Day 75 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 12

P90X Cardio X
First thing this morning I did Cardio X, and I killed it.  Wanted to make up for missing Yoga X yesterday.  I managed to get in 3 Cardio X workouts this week. Very happy about that.

P90X Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X
Legs and Back was great, as was Ab Ripper X.  Not much else to say, other than I feel great!

17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 12
  • Breakfast: 6oz scrambled egg whites w/ ground turkey, green pepper, onion; coffee
  • Snack: Kefir Smoothie
  • Lunch: Spicy black bean garden burger with salsa
  • Dinner: Chicken / Vegetable stir fry
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All-Fruit
