P90X - Kenpo X
Not much to say. I love the Kenpo X workout, although at this point I don't find it particularly challenging anymore. That said, it's still a great workout.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 6
- Breakfast: 8oz of scrambled egg whites with salsa, hot peppers, and low-fat cheddar cheese; coffee
- Snack: Orange; green tea
- Lunch: 4oz Breakstone Live Active cottage cheese
- Snack: 4oz Breakstone Live Active cottage cheese
- Dinner: Low-Carb Primavera Delight (from book, made with spaghetti squash!)
- Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
