P90X - Day 69 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 6

I did not do the extra Cardio X workout this morning.  No worries, I'm not going to be beat myself up about it.  Oh my! I just realized... only 3 weeks to go!  Definitely gonna make it this time!

P90X - Kenpo X
Not much to say.  I love the Kenpo X workout, although at this point I don't find it particularly challenging anymore.  That said, it's still a great workout.

17  Day Diet - Cycle 2, Day 6
  • Breakfast: 8oz of scrambled egg whites with salsa, hot peppers, and low-fat cheddar cheese; coffee
  • Snack: Orange; green tea
  • Lunch: 4oz Breakstone Live Active cottage cheese
  • Snack: 4oz Breakstone Live Active cottage cheese
  • Dinner: Low-Carb Primavera Delight (from book, made with spaghetti squash!)
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
