P90X - Day 63 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 17

Last day of Cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet!

P90X Rest Day
I would have loved to have done the X Stretch today, but I had so much to do around the house, and had to prepare for a very busy week, that I decided to skip it. Back at Doubles tomorrow.

17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 17
  • Breakfast: 6oz scrambled egg whites w/ browned lean ground turkey and low-carb ketchup; coffee
  • Snack: Orange
  • Lunch: Lettuce Wraps (w/ chicken, from book)
  • Dinner: Talapia w/ side of green beans
  • Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
