P90X Rest Day
I would have loved to have done the X Stretch today, but I had so much to do around the house, and had to prepare for a very busy week, that I decided to skip it. Back at Doubles tomorrow.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 17
- Breakfast: 6oz scrambled egg whites w/ browned lean ground turkey and low-carb ketchup; coffee
- Snack: Orange
- Lunch: Lettuce Wraps (w/ chicken, from book)
- Dinner: Talapia w/ side of green beans
- Snack: Yogurt w/ Pollander All Fruit
