P90X Shoulders and Arms
I upped the weight that I use for most exercises by 5lbs today, and I'm happy with the results. I had been doing 12 reps for most of the exercises, but now I'm dropping down to the 8 to 10 rep range that Tony recommends for building size.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 13
Breakfast: 6oz of scrambled egg whites, pear, coffee
Snack: Yogurt w/ berries
Lunch: Salad with Tuna, olive oil and red wine vinegar
Snack: Breakstone Live Active Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Chicken Vegetable Soup (from book)
Snack: Yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit
