P90X Yoga X
Today was the first day of the second rest and recovery week. Great Yoga workout today.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 4
- Breakfast: Kefir Smoothie, coffee
- Snack: Apple, green tea
- Lunch: Leftover Chicken Vegetable Soup and small side salad w/ olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Dinner: Roasted Turkey Breast w/ steamed asparagus and steamed carrots
- Snack: 1 cup of yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit
