P90X Kenpo X
Not much to say. Just another great Kenpo X workout.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 6
- Breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt w/ 1 cup of berries, coffee
- Snack: Apple, green tea
- Lunch: Lettuce Wraps (with Chicken, grapes, scallions, celery)
- Dinner: Eggplant Parmesan (from 17 Day Diet book), green beans
- Snack: 1 cup of yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit
