P90X - Day 55 / Seventeen Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 9

P90X Yoga X
2nd Yoga X workout of this rest and recovery week.  It's been a great week, but I'm itching to get back to the more strenuous routines. 

17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 9
  • Breakfast: 6oz of scrambled egg whites with crumbled low-fat feta cheese; an orange; coffee
  • Snack: Kefir Smoothie
  • Lunch: Leftover Taco Salad
  • Dinner: Turkey burger w/ no bun, steamed green beans
  • Snack: 1 cup of yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit
