2nd Yoga X workout of this rest and recovery week. It's been a great week, but I'm itching to get back to the more strenuous routines.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 9
- Breakfast: 6oz of scrambled egg whites with crumbled low-fat feta cheese; an orange; coffee
- Snack: Kefir Smoothie
- Lunch: Leftover Taco Salad
- Dinner: Turkey burger w/ no bun, steamed green beans
- Snack: 1 cup of yogurt w/ 1 tbsp of Pollander All Fruit
