P90X Kenpo X
Kenpo X continues to be one of my favorite workouts. Typically I find it to be a fairly easy workout (well, at least compared to the other P90X workouts). I did struggle with it a little bit today, however. I definitely had very low energy when I started. But I stuck with it, and I modified the workout slighthly, in order to get through it. I did not do the X-Jacks today. That gave me an extra 15 second rest period 4 times during the workout. Definitely helped.
17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 2
- Breakfast: 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt w/ 1 cup of strawberries and blueberries, coffee
- Snack: Apple and green tea
- Lunch: Super Salad (salad with a wide array of veggies + 2 hard-boiled eggs) with olive oil and red wine vinegar, green tea
- Dinner: Baked Salmon seasoned with lemon juice and dill, steamed broccoli
- Snack: 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt w/ 1 tbsp Pollander All Fruit (optional - I may eat this later tonight if I feel hungry)
