P90X Cardio X
P90X Doubles is great! I got up at 6:30am and did my cardio workout.
P90X Back and Biceps + Ab Ripper X
I love this workout. The biceps exercises are phenomenal!
Eat Clean
- Breakfast: Egg white breakfast burrito, homefries, fruit; coffee
- Snack: Corn muffin
- Lunch: Small salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Dinner: Ezekiel english muffin with peanut butter and Pollander All Fruit; Kashi Autumn Wheat with blackberries and almond milk
