- Snack: 8 cashews, apple, green tea
- Lunch: Leftover turkey chili w/ blue corn sesame chips
- Snack: 8 almonds, 1/2 banana
- Dinner: Salad with avacodo, tempeh, sugar-free low-fat italian dressing
