P90X Day 37

Eat Clean
  • Breakfast: Kashi Autumn Wheat with blackberries and almond milk; coffee
  • Snack: 8 cashews, apple, green tea
  • Lunch: Leftover turkey chili w/ blue corn sesame chips
  • Snack: 8 almonds, 1/2 banana
  • Dinner: Salad with avacodo, tempeh, sugar-free low-fat italian dressing

P90X Plyometrics
Plyometrics went great today.  Love that routine!
