17 Day Diet - Cycle 1, Day 8
- Breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt w/ 1 cup of fresh berries; coffee
- Snack: Apple, green tea
- Lunch: Cold salmon on garden salad w/ olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Dinner: Taco Salad (no taco shell; recipe is from 17 Day Diet book)
