I was completely wiped out when I got home from work today, and I did not want to workout... but I went down into my basement and I "just pressed play", and I am glad I did. I had a great workout. I don't think I've ever sweated more! I was really dragging during Football Heroes, but I finished the entire routine.
Eat Clean
- Breakfast: Floretine Breakfast Bagel (scrambled egg whites, low-fat cheese, spinach on a whole grain bagel); coffee
- Snack: Mixed fruit salad
- Lunch: Salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Dinner: 3 small slices of Hawaiian Pizza
